Taking the debate forward:Examining the issues raised at the IIC's annual conference

After two and a half days in the company of a few hundred top people in the communications sector I emerged rather surprised. The topics that occupied the minds of these academics, lawyers, business people, regulators and politicians says something about the state of the sector and so does their overall tone. Thankfully my expectations were often confounded. I say thankfully because this means there are intriguing areas to explore.
