WAC 2008 is dedicated to Professor James M. Tien (Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, USA) for his outstanding rontributions to the development and application of systems engineering concepts and methodologies to improve public services and engineering education. The WAC 2008 Operating Committees: WAC 2008 is being organized through two committees with dedicated members from all over the world. WAC consists of six tracks or symposia, which will be described below.
