Profiles in intelligence: an interview with Professor Richard J. Aldrich

Richard J. Aldrich, Professor of International Security at the University of Warwick, is one of the key figures in the development of Intelligence Studies in the UK and internationally. A historian by training and author of several landmark historical studies of US and UK intelligence, his contribution to Intelligence Studies also lies in the consciously inter-disciplinary approach he has taken to the subject, working at the interface of History and Politics while also emphasizing the importance of technology and culture to the study of intelligence.
