Element expands global NDT testing capabilities with integration of Aerotech

Element Materials Technology (Element) has completed the formal rebranding and integration of non-destructive testing (NDT) business Aerotech Inspection and NDT Ltd, a significant milestone in Element's world-leading position in NDT.Acquired by Element in December 2019 and headquartered in the West Midlands, Aerotech added its aerospace industry-serving specialist radiography services to Element's global network of laboratories. As one of a limited number of independent, Nadcap-accredited non-destructive testing specialists remaining in the UK, the laboratory also brought its longstanding customer relationships with investment casting companies across the country into the Element offering.
