Branch symposium aims to take NDT to industry

The West Midlands Branch of The British Institute of Non-Destructive Testing (BINDT) is organising a symposium aiming to promote NDT to a wider audience. Sponsored by Moog Aerospace, the symposium will take place on Tuesday 8 March 2011 at Moog Aerospace in Wolverhampton, UK. The objectives of the event are to: □ Take NDT to a wider audience within the West Midlands and beyond by promoting NDT on a wider scale; □ Appeal to non-NDT personnel and experienced NDT personnel/Level Ills; □ Provide an opportunity to keep up to date with the latest technology by offering opportunities for 'Level Ⅲ updates'; LI Provide opportunities for networking; □ Provide an opportunity for both non-NDT personnel and NDT personnel to gain an understanding of the effectiveness of NDT via a programme of talks and presentations.
