The global Mistras Group has announced that as of 1 May 2013 all of its UK businesses, namely Mistras Physical Acoustics, Mistras ETS and Mistras Tekra, became one legal and operational entity known as Mistras Group Ltd. This is in line with the Mistras Group's global growth and capability strategy and comes at an exciting time in the expansion of its UK and European service and product divisions.
