Challenges ahead for the Membership, Qualification & Education (MQ&E) Committee

The Membership, Qualification & Education Committee of BINDT is looking to increase the number of committee members to assist with implementing its current strategy. The strategy includes: 1.Developing appropriate benefits of membership 2.Increasing the number of members gaining Engineering Council registration as Engineering Technicians, Incorporated Engineers and Chartered Engineers 3.Creating flexible professional development pathways for inspection and test technicians and engineers 4.Working with industry in the development of apprenticeship schemes 5.Initiating the development of new education material in NDT and condition monitoring.
