摘要

An ultrasonic measurement method has been developed to determine the crystal growth angle of a unidirectional solidification material by using an ultrasonic array probe. Candidate crystal growth directions of the unidirectional solidification material are derived to within an error of ±5° by evaluating the wave height levels of echoes measured with the focal laws of each assumed crystal growth angle. Moreover, high-precision ultrasonic testing is realised based on the focal laws considered with the candidate crystal growth angle.
