摘要

Non-destructive analysis is now established as a key method to achieve more successfulandlong-lastingpreservation of works of art and environmental heritage. The desired synergy among experts will lead to continuous development of new scientific methods in the fields of preservation, reconstruction and diagnostics of cultural and environmental artworks. New dates have been announced for the 12th International Conference on Non-Destructive Investigations and Microanalysis for the Diagnostics and Conservation of Cultural and Environmental Heritage (Art'17), which will be held 22-24 November 2017 in Turin, Italy.
