Create your own online newspaper with customizable Web sites

Ever feel overwhelmed by the amount of news on the Internet? There's so much information available at any given moment that sorting through it can be a monumental task. Many of us end up browsing to a handful of news sites, getting some information from here and there, and wasting time in the process. Instead of site-hopping to get your news, we found some Web sites that allow you to customize your own online newspaper to collect the headlines from many news sources, as shown in Figure A. For example, why not mix world headlines from CNN with breaking news from your local newspaper? Then, add sports news about your favorite team, along with the daily missive from your favorite Weblog. It's all possible using these news services, and we'll show you how you can create one of your own.
