Adding print information to your document

If you work on a Mac, open the document you're working on and choose File [black right triangle] Print. Then, in the Print Document dialog box, click the Paper button to open the Print Paper dialog box. The layout and options of the Print Paper dialog box vary depending on the printer you choose. However, you should see a Paper section in the upper-left corner of the Print Paper dialog box that contains both Printers Marks and Page Information check boxes.
