Take advantage of white space in your layouts

A few other ways you can manipulate your text to add white space to your layout are to indent each paragraph using the Indents/Tabs command (under the Type menu) or use a frame tool to place a pull-quote in the middle of your text columns. The type of text alignment you use also affects white space. Since our report is a formal document, we used the Justify option from the Alignment pop-up menu in the Paragraph Specifications dialog box.
