It's time to get into the user's mind. If you work in the Acquisitions department, you'd open this workbook to access a variety of data summaries and relevant templates. Let's say you're a manager who needs to evaluate an employee. You click on the Evaluate Acquisitions Employee button to open the template. After you enter data, you want to save it. But, if you do, the template won't be clean for the next person who follows these same steps.
