Funding proposal for consumer advocates in PJM falls short of supermajority approval

A proposal to provide funding for a new organization to nrepresent the interests of state consumer advocates in stake-nholder proceedings failed late last month to gain sufficient nsupport from the PJM Interconnection members committee. nWhile it achieved a slim majority in sector-weighted voting, nit failed to receive the necessary two-thirds supermajority napproval and, thus, was rejected.
