Louisiana PsC complaint on entergy bandwidth formula set for FeRC hearing

A state utility commission’s attempt to tweak the formula for nredistributing system production costs among Entergy affiliates nhas been granted consideration by FERC and set for hearing.nThe Louisiana Public Service Commission in May complained n(EL10-65) that the calculations for re-allocating Entergy system nproduction costs had become unjust and unreasonable and nneeded to be reworked starting with the coming calculation year n(IF, 10 May, 6). Production costs are shared among the Entergy nunits under a FERC-approved system agreement and rate sched-nule that was created as a way for the utilities to have access to a nlarger pool of affiliate generation resources.
