NERC, FERC investigation ends with Grand River paying $350,000 for reliability violations

For allegedly violating more than 50 reliability requirements,nOklahoma-based Grand River Dam Authority has agreed to payncivil penalties totaling $350,000. It also will invest more than $2nmillion within two years on a training program, additional software,na new compliance oversight job position and equipment tonmitigate the potential for future violations, FERC said last weeknin approving the arrangement.
