Rover gets FERC nod for more HDD following authorization to boost Phase 1A capacity

Rover Pipeline received approval from FERC to resume horizontal directional drilling at four more locations following a request that was submitted late last month. The approval includes all three of the HDD sites — Portage River, East Austin Road, and Interstate 95 — located on the Market Zone segment, which runs from Defiance, Ohio, to the interconnection with Vector Pipeline in Michigan. Also included in the approval was one site along Mainline B, Interstate 71, located in Ohio.
