NGSA sees 20 pipelines exceeding 12% ROE, even as some top earners slip

The Natural Gas Supply Association’s latest assessment of costrnrecovery for 32 major interstate gas pipelines found that 20 pipelinesrnreached or exceeded an average allowed return of 12% during a fiveyearrnperiod from 2011 through 2015, although a number of the toprnearners saw declines in 2015 compared with their five-year averages.
