Finding that EDF Renewable Energy has “raised legitimate issues”nabout how Midcontinent Independent System Operator, SouthwestnPower Pool and PJM Interconnection coordinate theirninterconnection procedures with those of neighboring systems,nFERC has directed agency staff to hold a technical conference tonaddress those issues.
