ACP, MVP try to stay on track after court setbacks, FERC halt on construction

Two major Mid-Atlantic gas projects tried to work their way out of limbo last week after court rulings prompted FERC to halt their construction. Atlantic Coast Pipeline sought to convince FERC to make exceptions for a significant part of the 600-mile project after the commission August 10 halted work on the full route.
