US energy market buffeted by COVID, weather this winter, FERC staff says

The COVID-19 pandemic will stress the US electric power, natural gas and crude oil markets this winter in addition to the usual influence of weather, staff of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission said in a seasonal outlook.
