Cal-ISO files tariff amendment on capacity procurement mechanism at FERC

California Independent System Operator filed a tariff amendment related to its capacity procurement mechanism with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission. In the Tuesday filing, the ISO proposed revising the compensation for capacity procurement mechanism resources with cost offers above the soft offer cap and making two minor clarifications to the tariff provisions.
