DOE approves Eagle LNG for exports to non-FTA countries

As US gas producers search for new markets for their product,government regulators are working to facilitate the export of smallvolumes of LNG from a new generation of small-scale facilities.The US Department of Energy approved the export Thursday ofsmall volumes of LNG from a small-scale LNG facility sited along theSt. Johns River in Jacksonville, Florida, to countries with which the USdoes not have free trade agreements.
