Energy suppliers of Pacific Gas and Electric will have an opportunity to make their cases against a PG&E request for the US Bankruptcy Court of Northern California to declare its sole jurisdiction over the utility company’s “rights to reject” power purchase agreements and other contracts regulated by the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission.
