Very often, it is up to the company's human resources department to filter through the news and raise travel alerts to inform traveling employees about the potential risks faced when booking plane tickets. With recent events such as earthquakes, volcano eruptions, or civil unrest unfolding around the world, keeping employees safe has been a challenging task for large organizations with frequent travelers.
