Self-powered and Environmentally Stable Photodetectors Used for Manufacturing Sensors

1. Incompatibility in different material systems has been a major concern for incorporation of semiconductors to create photodetectors. 2. Materials used for photodetector manufacturing are less stable and require more energy under ambient conditions and also dissolve in water, causing serious environmental concerns.
