LIQUIDUS SURFACE OF THE CuInSe_2-InSe-SnSe_2 SYSTEM

摘要

The (CuIuSe_2)_0.3(InSe)_0.7-(SnSe_2)_0.3(InSe)_0.7,(CuInSe_2)_0.3(SnSe_2) _0.7-(SnSe_2)_0.7(InSe)_0.3, and CuInSe_2-(SnSe_2)_0.5(InSe)_0.5 cuts through the CuInSe_2-InSe-SnSe_2 pseudoternary system were studied by differential thermal analysis, microstructural examination, and microhardness measurements. The phase diagrams along these cuts and the projection of the liquidus surface of the pseudoternary system were mapped out. The ternary-eutectic composition evaluated from experimental data (59.5 mol/100 InSe,4.5 mol/100 CuInSe_2,36 mol SnSe_2) is in good agreement with that determined from the coordinates of the binary eutectics and the melting temperatures of the constituent components in a linear approximation (56.69 mol/100 InSe,6.46 mol CuInSe_2,36.85 mol SnSe_2).
