摘要

The effect of the thermochemical modification of hexagonal BN micropowders with aluminum on the synthesis of cubic-BN-based polycrystals after attritor processing is studied. It is found that the preliminary hBN_(attr) modification with aluminum reduces the parameters of the hBN→cBN phase transformation, namely, p and T, and results in the formation of a cBN-based material and refractory aluminum compounds with the finest structure.
