Flexicon expands operations

U.S. based, bulk solids handling specialists, Flexicon Corporation have doubled the size of their Engineering Department and increased engineering personnel by 50% at the 90,000 sq ft manufacturing facility. John Simonof, Vice President, stated that engineering is the heart of Flexicon and the US engineering staff outgrew the available space, limiting the hiring of additional personnel.rnThe company converted inventory space to a purpose-built Engineering Department which became operational in October 2007, providing space for additional staff while improving workflow efficiency.
