Biirkert presents new flow transmitter/pulse divider for flow sensors

The fluid technology specialist Buerkert presents the successor to the type 8021 pulse divider, as well as for the type 8023 flow transmitter. With microcontroller-driven electronics, the new type 8022 combines both functions in a single device, and thus represents a flexible and powerful addition to the tried and trusted Buerkert flow sensors.The type 8022 flow transmitter and pulse divider is an electronic module which can display and further process the flow measured by sensors of types 8020, 8030 or 8070. The compact device can save space by being mounted directly on top of the sensor, where it converts the pulses from the sensor into standard signals for further processing, for example by a control system. Additional expense for cabling and for documentation of the connection between the sensor and the transmitter becomes unnecessary. Depending on the model, the flow transmitter/pulse divider is equipped with a removable control unit with display.
