After having worked together for years across the globe, GEEA Process Engineering recently announced the acquisition of Scan-Vibro A/S from Svendborg in Denmark. The acquisition is a perfect match and the plan is to further grow and develop the company and its business using the synergies achievable through being a part of the GEA organisation. Scan-Vibro has been a long-time partner and supplier to GEA Process Engineering on several projects around the globe. Last year Scan-Vibro was a supplier to the world's largest spray dryer installation completed by GEA Process Engineering in New Zealand. Therefore, the two companies are not complete strangers to each other. Both companies feel that this acquisition will enable them to grow and meet rising demands in the market more efficiently.
