Are you managing more work?If you are, and a good chunk of the projects are more business-focused than IT-oriented, you're not alone. CIOs increasingly are asked to bridge the business-technology gap, and it shows up in their increased project load. Roughly three-quarters of IT leaders say they face increased demand to manage business-related projects-with 20% reporting more business projects and 54% indicating both business and IT projects. Another 17% say they're doing more IT projects. Anyone know the 9% of IT execs who aren't taking on more projects? Our guess is you wouldn't want to trade places with them.
