SuccessFactors has been a hit as a provider of software as a service for managing employee goals and performance. Now, like other established SaaS providers, it needs to prove it's more than a niche player. So SuccessFactors is pushing a new suite to integrate its employee review service with other enterprise data, to more easily bring current business results into employee evaluations.
