Lisa Lynn lyler (University of Washington) won the LITA/OCLC Minority Scholarship in Library and Information Technology; Judith A. Kuhagen (retired senior cataloging policy specialist at the Library of Congress) was awarded the Margaret Mann Citation; Susan Schnuer (University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign) received the John Ames Humphry/OCLC Forest Press Award for noteworthy contributions to international librarian-ship; Beacher J.E. Wiggins (Library of Congress) accepted the ALA's Melvil Dewey Medal; Collette Mak (University of Notre Dame) welcomed the Virginia Boucher/OCLC Distinguished ILL Librarian award; and Barbara Tillett (chair of the Joint Steering Committee for RDA) was granted the Frederick G. Kilgour Award for Research in Library and Information Technology.
