Working Conference on Reverse Engineering 2005

摘要

These papers represent the best in current research in the reverse engineering community. All these papers describe a novel technology that builds on a body of prior research by many people and include an empirical evaluation or validation of the tool or technique. It is a reflection of the maturity of our community that researchers both invent and synthesize ideas, and that they evaluate as well as create. With rigorous and innovative results such as these, we are optimistic about the future of our field and the transfer of results into practice. We hope that you enjoy this special issue of Information and Software Technology with the best of WCRE 2005.
