The term Information Warfare (IW), which has now largely been superseded by the more technically acceptable term Information Operations, has been much used in the last Few years to describe a vast range of Techniques and scenarios with varying Degrees of accuracy. There has been Considerable hype on the subject and much Controvesy over the use of the term.
