Developments in the Online Information Industry

This report summarizes some of the key developments seen in the in-dustry over recent months. Many of the products and services mentioned were showcased at the 26th annual international Online Information event in London at the end of 2002. Organizers report that the event was attended by over 11 000 visitors from 45 countries; 700 delegates attended the Conference that runs alongside the exhibition.
