IT contingency planning: management roles

this paper presents an analysis of slected participants in a survey of Australian organisations' ap- proaches to business and infor- maton technology (IT) contingency planning. In particu- lar, it examines the role of man- agement in planning and setting priorities for contingency plan- ning, especially in those organisa- tons that have specified that IT is critical to the business operations.
