摘要

Numerous attempts have been made in the past to obtain estimates for criteria weights and alternative ratings of a multicriteria linear value function. In earlier research, the authors have proposed an extreme-point approach for the problem when both criteria importance and alternative preferences are expressed on an ordinal scale. The current article extends these results to the case where (a) ratings are not complete, that is, some alternatives may not be rated with respect to all criteria, and (b) preferences on some criteria may be expressed on a ratio (rather than ordinal) scale.
