By the time this issue of info is published, we should know whether the World Conference on International Telecommunications 2012 (WCIT-12) (12/Pages/default. aspx) in Dubai in December 2012 turned out to be a storm in a teacup or, well, a real storm. The main business at WCIT-12 was to consider proposals to revise the International Telecommunications Regulations (ITRs), agreed in 1988.
