Persistent forces, including accountable care organizations and payer markets along with the CO-VID-19 pandemic, are rapidly and radically altering the market. Technology, data-driven knowledge and consumerism will establish the next generation of healthcare. Virtual care/ digital health is a critical innovation that can improve access and advance a well-coordinated, patient-centered, value-optimized healthcare system. COV-ID-19 rapidly altered the market and spurred development of new business models that could transform care delivery by enhanced adoption of virtual care.
