I just finished reading the Health Systems column "Raiders of the Lost Arts" in the August issue of ISE magazine and thoroughly enjoyed it. I don't often send feedback on articles, but I think William "Ike" Eisenhauer is onto something important. There is much that has been discovered and developed over the years, and then for some reason the discoveries go by the wayside. The best example I have come across is TWI.Training within industry was developed during World War II to help the women (think Rosie the riveter) who replaced men in factories get up to speed quickly for building tanks, planes and ships.
