At Prudential Real Estate Investors we have been investing on behalf of institutional clients since 1970 and in Latin America since 2002. We currently manage funds specializing in industrial, residential, and retail properties in Mexico and Brazil, and we have transactions capabilities in Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, and Chile. As of June 30, 2013, PREI® Latin America has over 42 investment professionals operating in three offices in Mexico City, Miami and Sao Paulo with gross assets under management in Latin America of over $3.8 billion and net asset value over $2.9 billion.
