For most companies, the thought of taking a product back has historically been negative-almost something to be ignored in the hopes that "it will go away." Moving boxes in for stock and out for shipments has been a way of life for as long as I can remember (and I've been in the business for more than 40 years). Being efficient and effective at that was what determined the long-term profitability of companies selling and shipping goods to customers.
