The ABC's of Fire Alarm Systems - Part XXII Mass Notification Revisited

Once again, I wish to discuss Mass Notification as it is such a new, broad subject that has been constantly evolving to take on many new forms and methods. Recent events regarding the tragedy in Connecticut only make Mass Notification more and more important. The latest 2010 Edition of the National Fire Alarm Code, NFPA 72, is now titled " National Fire Alarm and Signaling Code" and contains many new chapters reserved for future use with Mass Notification since it is truly in it's infancy and many additional regulations concerning this subject will be promulgated as the situations develop.
