The BKSTS is renowned for Its training. In the past we have concentrated on technical film television and cinema training, but for the last three years the BKSTS has been running successful management courses. Following industry research that I carried out, the BKSTS identified the need for management training. The research showed how many talented senior operational professionals, managers or small company owners were spending too much of their time administering their business rather than using their creative talents and adding value to it.
