知覚と感性は多くの場合、統合されて「今、ここ」におけるひとつの意識として立ち現れる。奥行き感、質感、ミニチュア感などの高臨場感に関わる感性印象も、奥行き知覚、色の様相、大きさ知覚などの大きさ知覚と切り離すことは難しい。しかし、たとえば線遠近法や陰影に基づく奥行知覚が局所的判断で決定される一方、全体を眺めた際に現れる局所情報の矛盾や制約違反に対しては、違和感や不思議な印象として感じることができるように、知覚と感性は重なりつつ、それぞれが特徴的に働いている。本稿では、描かれた絵であるにもかかわらず実際の物体のように見えるだまし絵や、実写の写真であるにもかかわらず模型のように知覚されるミニチュア効果などを通し、絵画や写真における表現のリアリティーならびに、その際の知覚と感性のあり方について考える。%In many cases, perception and Kansei is integrated and appear as one consciousness in "here and now." The Kasei impressions relating to the high realistic sensation such as the impression of depth, texture and size seem not to be separated easily from the perception of depth, texture and size. However, while the perception of depth based on linear perspective or the perception of shadow is determined by local judgment, the impression of strangeness or inconsistency in the scene is perceived by global judgment across a whole scene. That is, perception and Kansei not only has the similar function but also work respectively with each characteristic. In this paper, through the trompe-l'oeil which is mistaken for actual objects in spite of just a painting and the miniature effect which is mistaken for miniature objects in spite of a real scene, I considered the reality of paintings and photographs, and further considered about perception and Kansei.
