In this study, radiated immunity tests for four kinds of medical electronic equipment, an infusion pump, a syringe pump, a medical telemeter, and a respirator, were conducted. The influence of the radiated electromagnetic field on the medical electronic equipment was examined. In the examination, a wireless LAN signal, ultra-wideband (UWB), and wireless body-area network (WBAN) signal were used as wideband electromagnetic sources, in addition to an amplitude-modulation (AM) sinusoidal wave. As a result, malfunctions occurred at some specific frequencies and in a certain polarization for the AM waves and WBAN signals in the cases of an infusion pump, a syringe pump, and medical telemeter when the applied electric fields were far more than the intensities that were specified in the IEC standard. Electromagnetic fields radiated from a wireless LAN signal and UWB signal did not affect medical electronic equipment. The wireless LAN signal and UWB signal affected the operation of a medical telemeter in the case of horizontal polarization and specific side of the equipment.%本研究では,輸液ポンプ,シリンジポンプ,医療用テレメータ,人工呼吸器の4種類の医用電子機器に対し,放射イミュニティ試験を行い,狭帯域信号(AM変調波)及び広帯域信号(UWB,,無線LAN,WBAN)が医用電子機器へ及ぼす影響について検討した.また医用電子機器からの放射妨害波についても測定を行い,イミュニティ試験によって誤動作を起こした周波数と放射妨害波の強い周波数との関連性を調べた.
