This report discusses enhanced reflection and transmission from a thin film with ID columnar disorder under a TM plane wave incidence by means of the stochastic functional approach. The random wavefield is shown in terms of a Wiener-Hermite expansion with all-order Wiener kernels. The first- and second-order incoherent scattering cross sections are numerically calculated for a random glass thin film in the air. Enhanced scattering appears as sharp peaks or dips on the angular distribution of the incoherent scattering cross section for small thickness cases, and as gentle peaks for large thickness cases.
