Testing of analogue and mixed-signal circuits by using supplycurrent measurements

A complete (hardware and software) system has been designed andnimplemented, which can measure the supply current (IPS) ofnanalogue and mixed-mode circuits and detect or diagnose faults, based onnRMS and spectrum calculations of the IPS and thencorresponding fault dictionary. The system is applied to testing andndiagnosis of various analogue and mixed-signal circuits, showing verynencouraging results
